Are the works guaranteed and if so, for how long?
Our works are guaranteed for 12 months from the completion of works. All materials, plant
and other items are covered as per the manufacturers guarantee.
Do you provide references and can we see examples of your work?
Yes we are very transparent in how we operate and are more than happy to supply references. Site visits can be arranged by prior appointment and subject to customer approval. .
How do you know the people you employ are reliable?
We use a very rigorous interviewing process. Of the many jobs applications we receive, we only offer contracts to those tradespersons who are suitably skilled in their particular area of expertise. It is also important that successful applicants are polite, friendly and understand the importance of our commitment to customer service.
